What are your hours of operation?

Monday: 11:30 am – 10:00 pm

Do you have a Liquor License?

Yes, we do. We have it displayed above our bar and prep table.

How soon do I have to reserve?

Seating is on a first come first served basis. We have a limited number of tables available, so it is best to act quickly to avoid disappointment.

What is required to reserve the seating and what are the terms of payment?

A non-refundable deposit of $100 for advanced booking to guarantee reservation. This first deposit will be applied towards the final bill. The second deposit equaling to 50% of the approximate food and drink bill is due 10 days before the event. The final balance is due on the day of the event.

How soon do I have to decide on the menu?

You can reserve without deciding the menu to secure the seating with an approximate guest count. You may decide on your menu 10 days before the event, along with payment of the second deposit.

When do I have to let you know the final guest count?

A confirmation of the final number of guests is required 10 days before the event, along with the menu and the second deposit required.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, and Email Transfer.

Do your pricing includes taxes and gratuity?

Our prices are quoted without tax and gratuity.

Is there a discount for weekdays and weeknights?

Yes there is, depending on the day, however not on holidays.

Do you offer discounts for children?

For Create Your Own Buffet, children 3–9 years are half price and children under 3 years are free. For Salo Salo, we have a children’s menu available.

How long do we have the seatings for?

3 hours. If you would like overtime, it is possible with an upcharge.

Do you have a private party room?

No. However, we can make your event a semi-private dining experience using our moveable half walls and decorative dividers, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant.

Are drinks included?

No. However, we offer drink packages where drinks are served by the pitcher and charged based on consumption. Specialty drinks are also available by the pitcher or you may order directly from our beverage menu.

What is required to have private dining or close the restaurant to other guests?

It depends on the day, evening, weekend or weekday. A minimum food and drink cost will be required.

What if more guests arrive unexpectedly?

We can accommodate extra guests at an additional charge per person, once we have not exceeded the licensed capacity limits.

Do you have sweet table packages and giveaways?

We can customize sweet tables and giveaways based on your preferences. Please ask your catering coordinator.

Are there any other menu selections available?

Do you make whole lechon?

Yes, we do.  Our signature lechon is made the traditional way, stuffed with lemongrass, herbs and spices, marinated the night before and cooked over wood charcoal (not baked), with a cook watching over the three hour process.

Do you accommodate guests who are vegetarians or have food allergies and dietary requirements?

Arrangements can be made for specific dietary needs. We have numerous vegetarian and nut free menu options. However, we are not a nut free facility. All dishes may contain traces of gluten and nuts. Please advise us of any allergies ahead of time.

Do you have a karaoke machine and/or microphones? Do you have DJs or live musicians available?

Yes, we have a karaoke and microphones along with a large screen available for rental. However, audio is not permitted until after 9pm. There is an overtime fee after 10pm of $100 per hour for 2 servers. We also can provide DJs and live entertainers for an extra fee.

Can I bring my own birthday cake? My own wine? How about outside food?

You may bring your own birthday cake as long as the cake is made by a bakery or certified food handler. There is a cutting charge of a $1.50 per person. We have specialty cakes available for purchase. There is a corkage fee of $20 per 750mL bottle of wine. We provide the wine glasses and service. No other outside food or drink is permitted, due to insurance reasons.

Do you provide balloons, centerpieces or table clothes?

Subject to approval, you may bring your own décor and place them yourself, just before your event. We have some complementary candles and décor, you may use at no charge. 

May I hang up my own banners and signs?

Yes, you may as long as you do not damage the walls with nails or tape. Extra decorations must be approved by CASA manila.

Are there wheelchair access and handicap washrooms?

Yes, the restaurant and the washroom are both wheelchair accessible.

Are there baby changing tables and high chairs?

Yes. However, there are a limited number of highchairs. We have a baby changing table in the ladies washroom.

Is there free parking?

Yes, we have ample free parking. Please advise your guests to park behind the building or underground, for worry free unlimited parking. We ask that you include this important information on your invitations.
